Rights of Content

The users themselves retain the right to all text, pictures and other content that they create in the service. The users allow others to utilize the content in accordance with the nature of the service and furthermore allow the service provider to file information and data and make changes that are necessary for the service or the study, however other rights are not transferred from the users, unless specifically otherwise agreed. The responsibility of the content lies with the user, who has produced it to the service. The service provider has the right to remove any material when it deems it necessary.

No guarantees of the functioning of the Artobox.com service are given. The users are themselves responsible for their actions in the service and they should estimate the reliability of other users before dealing with them. The service provider can under no circumstances be liable for damage that is caused to the user. The user may not store any information or data in the service, and expect it to remain there.

Buyers

Click ‘Buy’ and enter your payment and delivery details. The seller can then accept or reject your order within 3 days. Sellers will normally accept and dispatch your order the same day. 

If the item is no longer available or has become damaged, the seller will reject the transaction. If the seller rejects the transaction or does not respond within 3 days, your card will not be charged.

When your item has been delivered please mark the transaction complete and leave feedback for the seller this helps build the community on Artobox.com.

Seller

List your items with good, clear photos and an accurate description. Set your sale price plus a domestic (within your country) and international shipping (all other countries) charge. All price are in (GBP) pounds sterling.

When a buyer is interested in an item, you will receive an email and message within the Artobox.com messaging system. You then have the option to accept or reject the order. If you are able to fulfil the order, click accept, you can also add a message to the buyer letting them know when to expect their order. All items should be well packed and sent to their address as soon as possible.

Card payments are securely processed and held by Stripe. As soon as the buyer marks the order as complete your funds will be released to your bank account and clear within 7 calendar days. If the buyer does not mark the order complete the order will automatically be marked as complete after 14 calendar days.

If the item is no longer available or has become damaged, click reject and the buyers card will not be charged. You can add a message to let the buyer know why you could not fulfil the order.

At any time you can ‘Mark sold’ this will leave the listing on Artobox.com but it will no longer be available to buy. You can ‘Close listing’ this will close and remove the listing from Artobox.com.

The Removal of a User

The service provider has the right to remove any users from Artobox.com and terminate their right of use of the service without any specific reason and without being liable for compensation.
